Tract 10 is approximately 62 acres. It is one of the owner favorites because
of the stream access to a location that his children refer to as Horseshoe Bay.
A favorite picnic area with a sand bar, pools of water to swim in and plenty of skipping stones on the stream bank. This parcel is heavily wooded with Pinon-Juniper and oak brush and it also has evidence of Anasazi ruins. This parcel borders the Moonlight Canal to the east which supplies irrigation water to
private properties in the area. This tract  has a pipeline easement
running through it that includes one potable water line and
two natural gas pipelines.
