This tract is approximately 83 acres in size and would be perfect for irrigating.
The moonlight Canal borders this parcel to the east and the irrigation would all
be gravity flow. As nearly all of these tracts do, this parcel has a great view of Narraguinnep. Tract 11  has a pipeline easement running through it that includes one potable water line and two natural gas pipelines. One of the gas pipelines
was replaced in 2008 and whenever work occurs along the pipeline, the landowners are compensated by the pipeline company.
