Tract 13 would be a great livestock property with abundant open space
and irrigable land.  The Moonlight Canal borders this property to the south.
If irrigation water shares could be purchased, water could be gravity fed to
this tract. Tract 13 is 58 acres +/- and has a pipeline easement running through it.  That easement includes one potable water line and two natural gas pipelines. One of the gas pipelines was replaced in 2008 and the landowners were fairly compensated by the pipeline company. Access to this property will be
through Pinon Hills on the Moonlight Valley Road (V.5).
