Tract 7 lies just north of Tract 6 and is approximately 81 acres in size. It is also lakefront property. At its northernmost point it borders the stream that feeds Narraguinnep from McPhee Reservoir. This tract is more open and might appeal

goose hunters or those who would like a little channel fishing in addition to
the lake fishing.
