This tract is approximately 92 acres in size and is quite private. Its south border
is Narraguinnep. The State Wildlife Area is to the west and north.  Moonlight Commons area (open space) is northeast and Tract 11 is to the east-southeast. The Lone Pine Canal runs through this property which supplies irrigation water to the Montezuma Valley area. This tract has Anasazi Indian ruins on it in addition
to all of its other unique attributes.
